Ok, I found the reason
You have just installed the multi-mod, Extra crack and Gallery unlocker and never played the game...
The dev have made this game to be played, not for thos leachers that just want to play with the gallery without playing!
The gallery made by the dev can only work if you have found objects or made actions before.
There is no reason for the dev to make protection in the code to allow the replay of something you have not palyed.
And don't blame modder of gallery unlocker to not have put variables useful to do that, because it can break the game which is the 1st reason to download a game.
2 solutions, play the game (it's not difficult with the walkthrouh integrated) or put a full save + persistent files in "game folder"\game\saves. This will solve the problem.

I think no one here will help in that case...

The modder have recognised it can't do a miracle when the source files are in low quality.
So, flickering in the source, less flickering in the enhancement pack and still present.
Compressing something bad will render more bad too...

P.S. I didn't say this because I thought it's obvious but apparently not so Please understand that this crack activates the extra content in the extra version so you need to use this with the extra version to work and it won't work on the normal version because in the normal version there is no extra content to be activated in the first place.

P.S. I tested the crack myself and it works so if it doesn't work for you then you are doing something wrong.
P.S.S. If the crack doesn't work for you then delete the persistent file from both root folder (in AppData/Roaming/RenPy/milfs_of_sunville) and the save folder in the game.

Hello People.
YellowPenguin just made a crack for Fashion Business's content that where locked behind activation code and when I asked him he said that probably that crack will work for this game as well so I tried it and guess what...It works!!!
I checked it and I was able to see the bonus content.

Here is the crack,just put it in the "game" folder and it should work.

And YellowPenguin you are a legend!!

The latest version available here, which according to the description is Season 1 - 10 Extra. I do have the gallery unlocker in there? could that be the culprit?
EDIT: Hmm, took out the gallery patch, no difference.

Just use the Gallery Ulocker from the v9 at the top op, it still work in the v10

It's for giving acces to all replay scene. Download at the top op. For the steam version, I don't known what you need because bcause I don"t have it. But you don't have extra scene
