If you had read the game dialogue (not WT), you should know, that the girl on the ladder tells you , that TOOLS are at the backyard (there is 2 arrows, one left and one right, how hard is to click those and see, what happends ????) !!!!
Follow the wire to the right then down to the box check under bench in back yard for tool box check table in Bellas villas living room for knife check shelving i n hotel basement for ductape take ladder for later
How do I help with the robbery in the shop? I dont see any pot as mentioned in the walkthrough.

Saving and loading the game worked for me. The pot appeared in front of the store when I reloaded the save.

Take shovel, box and planks, then use box on rock, climb on rock, use shovel on liana and go back. Use liana on cave, go down and use planks on bridge.
