Got the same problem with the stuck bj scene in the park. Going to try out the save you've provided but I have no idea where Milftoon Drama stores the saves.
I guess I have to go through all the dialogues again starting from the end of .29 to the park scene. I seriously hope you're moving away from this dreadful engine for the next game, it's incredibly tedious to deal with especially in a scenario like this.

I am using the 0.29 file from main page and at task 3 the game is telling me to get the photoframe again and give to the detective idk somethign like tat. windows

that is what happens after i leave the gym with alice.. so till that point im getting the new content after that its like the game goes back....
whats also funny is that the guy is on a romantic date with the girl he actually likes, WITH A GUN, hahahahahahahait's quite a little creepy

First try the following because I think you mixed up something.
1. Download (AGAIN) the latest part which I just (1 minute ago) reuploaded.
2. Download the SaveFile that is on 1st post (right below the game download link and place it where the saves are stored
3. Load that Save and continue from the Walkthrough
There shouldn't be any detective. Once you talk with Alicia and she leaves the Gym , you should visit Jason at his shop where he will tell you a few things in order to progress.
