downloads 3.75GB 0.6b and just a day after there is 0.6c with just some minor fixes , and got to dowload the whole game again , why dev don't provide a fix patch instead of the whole game again.

1. Extracts normally, and
2. Runs correctly without requiring Permission Fixer.

I can't comment on other changes, because I only played a little bit.

Are you sure you did not test it wrong?
- did you try it with an outdated extracting tool?
- the latest macOS Catalina version?
- forbid external application to run on Mac?

Feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken, but I can't remember a single time Caroline or the MC recognizes each other as siblings.

They ALWAYS refer to each other by their name. Not even once the word "sister" or "brother" is used, as long as I remember.
