The term "snowflake" aptly describes people who are oversensitive. Wheter the word is being overused & who uses it the most is irrelevant in that regard.
So basically he plays an incest game (that was forced to take out any mention of the words 'mom' and 'family) and then proceeds to get offended over incest type stuff in the game because he somehow thinks changing a few words around would suddenly magically make the plot, scenarios and dialogue non-incest.
