Dude have you been under the rock for the 2 years prior to releasing this mini update and haven't witnessed the commedy galore brought by icstor? First of all this game is still abandoned. There will be no more updates - period. This little scene was produced over last month and beside that guy is burned out. He said that I think 3 years ago that he doesn't want to finish it. The only thing that made this update trickle down is upcoming income of around 200 k USD for the next year of silly excuses. I have read plenty about this masochistic fan boys of this dev but haven't seen any for a while. Yet now here you are.This thread is too moot IMO. Too much haters but then they keep playing it after the update is out.
I understand that it took quite long to release the update and it even marked as abandoned when it was well announced a month before that the release will be on the 14th.
And yet MODs didn't take these into consideration and went ahead tagging it as abandoned.
If the MODs took the time to wait and see then tag the thread, it would have made sense but since the MOD in charge didn't do that, it created bad publicity for ICSTOR.
I'm not defending the dev here or flaming the MODs, just pointing out the obvious to which has created such bad hype in some games where the dev took beyond mentioned time to release their work.
It's absolute abhorrent from the MOD.

What I kind of find ironic is that he was actually quite active in his Discord until he released the update. After that it seems to gone back to the same thing where he doesn't write anything and has set his status as "idle" once again. One sarcastic gif answer to someone who called him a scammer and then a screenshot from his Patreon page to show the progress bar for .73. You would think that after so long the guy would be boasting and explaining things much further there, but he just seems to be closed up to his own bunker once again. Feeds more and more to the idea that this was a quick work to just lift the abandoned tag away from here.

I highly doubt that "80%" lol. And about his patreons, we had to see it coming. Everytime he gives an update about the game he gains more patreons. Before this update it was closer to 700 so that's more than 200 patreons in few days. most of them are prolly ones who cancelled their pledges i think.
