Well, you can be petulant, or you can be logical.
The dev announced that he was taking a break. So the game got the onhold tag. Not because there was a certain amount of time between updates. The onhold tag will go away when he releases a new version.
And the mods don't have "something against milfy city". They like the game too. They don't want it to be on hold, but it's their job to enforce the forum rules.
IA is ok and no more. Milfy City is seriously in there with Dreams of Desire and Dating My Daughter IMO.
I agree with 1 of those 3 titels (DmD) ... Thank god for personal tastes ; )
Don't get me wrong, this isn't a bad game..
But for me this is the Avatar of Adult gaming right now... It looks amazing and spectacular, but the story is as bad and cliché as they come : ).
And i like a good story in my game, or at least a believable rate of progression .
But again, personal preferences and i respect it if you think that this is one of the best games
Well,Well his Patreon says that it'd be a May or June release. If ICSTOR is back from the break, then it surely wouldn't take him until August to release the next update because that's 3 months away, and the update is already like 65-70% done, it normally takes ICSTOR 3-4 months (unless I'm hugely mistaken) to develop an update ground up from 0%, so maybe it'll be a mid-late June release, if all goes well, that's what I hope. Of course even sooner release would be more than welcome
Let's be optimistic for a second.
Let's say he starts work properly at June 1, that doesn't mean that the game releases at that stage as well.
Means that he starts work again... 70% done right now(4 months), so let's say that for that final 30% he needs a month(Very optimistic).
So at that stage we are talking about July already(at the earliest)..
I think that it will be around Late July/early August t.b.h.
Just an fair estimate when you look at the development cycle of the entire game.
And i think it would be the best thing to do for everybody t.b.h...
Just keep August in your head...
If it drops in August.... No disappointment.
If it drops sooner, nice surprise : )

Because the dev was taking a bit of a vacation for about a month or two, it's the first actual vacation longer than a few days in the past 4 years or so, so it kind of was about time to kick back for a minute and relax, he's more than deserved it.

I always thought not reading information was a Brazilian problem but here I see it's everywhere in the world.
Good to hear he's taken that time to recoup and take care of himself. I've no doubt in a game so cleanly made and well-crafted and animated that it took far more work than 99% of games out there.
I'm just glad he's back at it in any capacity. I'll take slower, well crafted updates over rushed nonsensical ones any day of the week.

Its not on hold anymore,mods just refuse to remove the on hold tag,I repeat the Ic is back if anyones wondering,So the update will be worked on now,They make you think the game is abandoned or something so Ic loses money,Guess they don't care
It's been said many times above. He announced he was taking a break, he hasn't announced he's back at work (on patreon). When an update is out it will be removed.

The onhold tag is applied to every game that didn't have a release for the past 3 months I guess. So... we have to wait until a release or we would be bending the rules in our favor

So how do you explain the game : High Life then ? Dev hasn't posted anything since Oct. 2018 and it still doesn't have any on hold or abandoned tag on it, weird

If you 'd been paying attention like the rest of us fans, the only reason this game was labelled "OnHold", is ONLY because ICSTOR himself said he was temporarily suspending production in order to take some time for himself away from his work to take care of some personal matters, and that he felt it wasn't right to keep his Patreon, which funds his abilities to work on this game, active while he himself wasn't. (A decision, which, for the record, I wholeheartedly applaud.) The "OnHold" designation, as previously explained, will NOT get rescinded until F95 is made aware and has made available the next official release. Until then, you'll just have to wait patiently like the rest of us fap-addicts. In the meantime, if you're gonna bitch about something, for the love of whatever the hell it is you believe in, do some damn research before you come here running off at the keyboard, it would make life so much easier for the rest of us.
