Re'Py can be picky with its folder path. Take the archive and make a fresh extraction at a less convoluted location, try a new folder on your desktop first and then report back.

Don't play with incest patch, then... I don't use it, because I don't like incest, but I like impregnation in porn games/stories/comics... So to prevent degenerated babies and cringey "landlady and roommate" stuff at the same time, I just make a few changes in the script and I am good to go. There are tutorials for renpy editing.
