Why did this make me think of Bob?Let's hope by that time your dick will still be able to actually ''get ready''.
A visual novel (ビジュアルノベル bijuaru noberu) is an interactive game genre, which originated in Japan, featuring text-based story with narrative style of literature and interactivity aided by static or sprite-based visuals, most often using anime-style art or occasionally live-action stills (and sometimes video footageBecause VN as SN are also a games.Just because you think they are not, that don't make it truth.
Also if you don't know Higurashi,Umineko and Fate /Stay you realy have nothing to do here commenting VN.
A completed final version of Milfy City is most definitely something people would buy. I can promise you it's a lot more than you think.People talk about him completing "games" often as a big accomplishment. At best these are the most crappy games that no one would ever buy. None of these Milfy\DMD types are games. They are a bit more than a comic book and not much more at that. These "games" are actually easier to make than a comic. In a comic book, there are far higher standards for writing than any of these horrible VNs. This is a VN to me. There are no real choices to make. Do X to get to X porn scene with character X. The only games that seem like games to me are management games.
I really only tagged that message hoping to find some info on that developer mentioned. What game is DF I would like to see that thread?
I doubt anyone will answer this but I am going to ask. Is a game of the Milfy/DMD genera ever replayed? When this game gets released. I will play the content and be done with the game until the next release. Do any of you replay these games? The only game I would replay once in a blue moon was MNL. Now MNL was changed into a VN style game with 0 replay value.
Thanks for the answer about replaying. I have looked over the text code and cgis. The total word count might be equal to the word count of a chapter or 2 of a novel. There is a reason for the business model this developers practice. Just curious as to what price point you feel this "game" would sell at? A real game such as FIFA 19 [PS4 Game] sells for $40 for a comparison.A completed final version of Milfy City is most definitely something people would buy. I can promise you it's a lot more than you think.
It's a Nukige Visual Novel, and a damn good one so far. The whole point of the game and story in a Nukige is to drive the player from one sex scene to the next. So some of them aren't going to feel like much of a game, or some cases have many choices.
As for something like Milfy City or a Nukige ever being replayed? The answer is most definitely, YES. Milfy City never leaves my hard drive, just like many of my other favorite Nukige. I've replayed them all multiple times, and frequently go back and watch my favorite scenes.
Thanks, I was wondering what was happening with this game. There is a severe lack of posts on this thread.
Bump.
Yes, he did. It's all laid out in this thread and re-hashed on almost every page.Did he say if he encountered any issue or what's going on?
I sarcastically posted about this on the prior page:I haven't kept up with the development 100%, but from what I remember the game was like 40% done and then the dev said he's gonna take a 1-2 month break, right? Then he comes back like 4 months later and in the 4 months afterwards of work he manages to do 35% extra of the game?
Did he say if he encountered any issue or what's going on? His dev time was pretty consistent up until that point.
