I think the main thing driving people crazy is the knowledge that Caroline's content is finished and has been for some time and most likely Celia's too and to the fact that I can say with feign confidence the whole adding the neighbors to the update which nobody really asked for was mostly just a tactic to buy more time since he probably realized he wouldn't be able to fit it into the original June\July release period.
