Ok, I'm not trying to whine or anything, especially on a pirating forum, and I even hate how people take this so seriously but I think this is just "funny":
Icstor: has a full team of developers, insane amount of support, this is his main job = takes 9 months to make 1.2k renders.
DrPinkCake: does NOT have a team and is all by himself, has a fraction of Icstor's support, works a daily job as well, takes 4 months to make 2.2k renders + amazing animations + a whole new set of proper mini-games + what the fuck ever you can ask for from a porn game.
Not hating, just some facts...

I'm fairly certain DrPinkCake does have a team (maybe) and does not just work on the games alone.
At least a small team of testers etc anyway, not sure if there has ever been a hired writer or prgrammer.

So what's your point? Icstor has to do and work exactly like DrPinkCake? It's his game. He's allowed to work as fast or as slow as he wants. He's allowed to live his life focusing on the game 24/7 or working on it in his spare time. It's his choice. Anybody not supporting him on his website has ZERO reason to bitch, whine or moan about how late each update is since you're getting it for FREE. And even then no one is forcing anyone to support him. If you don't like his pace then move on. I am sick and tired of seeing one bitchy post after another day after day, week after week about how people want the updates to come out when THEY say so. As if the game creator is required to work on their timetable as opposed to his own.

Yeah sure there may be beta testers, but those don't exactly count as "developers" and I'm too fucking sure that even if he was doing the beta testing himself, it wouldn't take him 9 months.

No, not really facts, since this update has already been said to have over 2,000 images... and everyone already knows ICSTOR took significant time off because of health / personal reasons that he had to take care of. Someones physical and mental health, along with living life is more important than a job and delivering quicker updates for a porn game...
ICSTOR has 2 people helping out at times with writing and coding. That's it. I mean, good for other creators if they do everything themselves. Just my opinion, but I think ICSTOR does better work than that other person. I feel like Milfy City is the better straight up porn game also. ICSTOR is at top when it comes to quality and there's only one person who is next to him.
And at least ICSTOR went all in and is doing this full time. That's a big risk and commitment in itself, and probably added a lot of stress to his life at points.

I find it interesting that so many are complaining in an entitled fashion for not receiving a copy of the latest pirated version of this game. Criticising Icstor, the maker for the amount of time that he is apparently taking regardless of the fact that it currently stands at 90% completed.
This is bizarre.
Everyone here is getting this top quality game for free. I really don't understand what there is to complain about. There are plenty of other games to play while you wait with gratitude.

Also with more money from something like this comes more expectations and potentially problems. More pressure, more stress, more family problems because your doing more on the game, etc. People deal with these things better than others. You don't make what he does, nor are you responsible for delivering a game that has the highest standards expected of it. So you have no idea what kind of stress it would cause you, because you're not in the situation.
I mean, who knows Patreon one day could decide to kill all Adult Content on the platform or maybe Patreon just goes belly up at some point also (real possibilities). Where is he and all these other creators then? There's a lot of unknowns here...
