Well, tbh Sims 4 with realistic and porn mods(there's a lot HQ ones) is probably one of the best porn games out there with actual gameplay and your own scenarios.

I think the update is done from what he posted on Discord. I guess now It's a matter of waiting on the test phase. I don't remember how long the previous test phases have taken in the past, but I wanna say a week?
