The laughter I heard after reading this almost made my ears bleed.

Milfy City has better renders, better posing, better animations, and in my opinion is a better porn game. One is a great nukige visual novel, and the other is a slightly above average eroge with high sexual content.
It means they're finishing piecing the whole thing together, and then they can begin the testing process.

So, if the update is that big, does that mean that he expanded the content for Caroline since he took that break? Because if I remember correctly, the Caroline content was done minus the animations. He said he could technically release the update at the time, but chose not to.

Next update also has Celia content. However I wouldn't exactly 100% believe him when he said that.
I guess no one will know for sure, but I'll bet everyone got some extra love, especially Caroline. ICSTOR knows she's a big fan favorite, so I'm sure her content won't disappoint. I'd suggest to try and not think to much about it, and just enjoy the huge ass update we're getting.

I agree.... sort of.
Milfy City was definitely top 5 pre-hiatus. No questions asked. But, after this huge delay it's been bumped off. Maybe after this update, and the next we can better assess if the game can go back to what it was.
