The game takes the Saves from the C: drive... you have to delet the saves in
C:\Users\*User name*\AppData\Roaming\RenPy in order to not make them available in the game after a fresh extract

...btw. that also should mean he can't keep his own schedule again as he promised 0.7 at that time

After agreeing to meet at the place of their first kiss, go home and sleep in the MC's bed. After that, you'll get told you've reached the end of Caroline's story for the current version. Close that message, and it will still be night. Click the bed again. Now you'll have a green option to go meet Caroline.
