Close that message, and it will still be night. Click the bed again. Now you'll have a green option to go meet Caroline.

Yeah I think Icstor is making fun of the usual trope where the MC gets to sleep with whoever he wants while the girls are supposed to be willfully ignorant about it, he has quite a few of those in the game.
