As far as I know, Icstor never adressed the goal for fully animated scenes again since September last year.
Considering all the delays and broken promises, I think it would be rather naive to expect 0.6d to feature fully animated scenes, especially reading this quote again: "I’ll try to add one fully animated scene per two updates".
Can you explain what Ren'Py ports mean? What's the difference between this and the original games?

You have the entire RPGmaker map but you have to click on the events instead of running around. Performance is usually terrible though.
Yes, but you can save everywhere you want, skip and rewind backwards.
Renpy ports make games that play like RPGs play like visual novels instead which usually means removing combat, stats, and inventory elements that were present in the original game when it was built in RPGmaker

I know the publisher of Depraved(not a fan of him personally, but I have to give credit where credit is due) also is very active with this site and well as Warped Animation(he had 2 updates and already had a big gap) is active here.
