I'd assume it includes the pc AND mac version. Just manually select which you want.
Because it has mac version included. Just uncheck it in files and it will only download pc version.
If you check the content being downloaded you'll find the mac version in it as well, I've unflagged it

There are 2 Mac and Windows version, but you can choose one of them, you don't need to download the both
