Click on the peace sign behind the desk in the MC's room.
The characters do a pretty good job at telling you what to do. Don't skip the dialogue and you should be good to go. The most "difficult" storyline in this game is Celia's.

How come none of these games publish diff downloads between versions? I'm on a slow connection, and would really like to avoid dowloading 4Gb per release.

I've explained why already many times. Earlier when files were stored in the open form it was possible. Now with new Renpy versions, almost all files are stored in rpa archives. Thus, if the user gets a parsed archive, then he will have many problems with restoring it back to rpa. Will be easier to download the whole game
