I just started the game. How do I install the incest patch? I put it in the folder where all the other stuff is, but I doesn't seem to work, the psychiatrist still calls Sara my friend. But I assume she is the sister, because they live together. Can anybody help me?

I've missed two last updates and now i was playing all at once. That was something crazy in this game, but i liked it much. Pics like always are nice to watch and animations were good enough to feel the vibe. Neverthless little work with them would make me happy. What i can say more: good job; Wish all the best in 2020.
