how about the plot where linda and mc get caught by bob and post that bob leaves linda, and linda had planned everything well that doesn't work out, so mc decides to go to club owner again and club owner (school headmaster) is good to see him as well, but also tells him he is happy to introduce him to his boss (hello BOB), turns out bob had left this crime life once he had got married.. but once again he is back in this life and he sees the man responsible right in front of him.. scared into bits ..

Unfortunately, there is no story to her. I created her a long time ago when I was still learning and posted that pic on DA. Since people liked her I decided to add her to the game. This is the same thing with the picture of the woman inside MC's school locker.

The answer is ‘no’. He will receive his own story just as everybody else. He will be available from the start. You will be able to talk with him about some stuff, and he can unlock one MILF character that is in his house. Of course, if he decides to invite you over then... ^.^
I have no plans to add scenes with him sharing girls with the MC.

Nope, you don’t have to start again. You can just download the game and your saves will be compatible and automatically added. You can load the game and just play the newest update.
With respect to the second question, the answer is yes! There will be more scenes with her in the future.
