That's part of the problem, it's not just slow, it keeps getting delayed & pushed back with what seems to be an ever increasing time gap between version releases.

0.7 Was originally slated for an October '19 release, then for December '19, then January '20. And here we are 2/3 of the way through February, and it's still only at 70% built.

I only remember him mentioning December 2019 as the .7 release lie.

I have read countless post about the release date of version 7 of Milfy City, really for when it comes out.
I hope they again included the incest content in the game because in version 6 it was eliminated and I felt cheated after playing for a long time and waiting patiently for each new version

Yeah, I personally started the delay count back at zero after the final release of 0.6. Although I do count the delay from December to January even though 0.7 was promised for December before 0.6e was released. Go figure..

Don't bother. The patch barely changes anything:
For example, in the hotel scene it changes one line of dialogue:
with patch:
Caroline: "I can’t even begin to imagine what kind of detective work you had to do to track Gran’s necklace down."
without patch:
Caroline: "I can’t even begin to imagine what kind of detective work you had to do to track my gran’s necklace down."
that is everything that is changed in the entire dinner/hotel scene. The other scenes are not much different.
