The creator is making like $30,000 a month while doing no work. As long as he has throngs of fans who financially support his inaction, don't expect much development wise.

Seemingly he's hired someone to help with development. He's cooled on this project because he's better at conceiving and starting things than he is at finishing them. Apparently he's going to alternate between this and some new game, which he hasn't announced the details of yet.
He's not even particularly good at "conceiving" of things. Virtually every game ICSTOR has ever made has basically being either inexplicable incest, or boy assaults his female family members until they give in.

I know this game is constantly "in the news" right now and I get why. But this is the first game I played since I got into this genre of porn. And I'm still waiting for a mom/son buildup, scene like the one in milfy city. I love how he fucks her in bed at the getaway by the water and once again in the shower on the same trip. Around the last release, Icstor claimed he got over his burnout/depression thanks to new medication and promised a release first for December, then January, then February before falling silent for around 2.5 months.
When he came back in early April, he said he is burned out again and made a few points of how he wants to be done with Milfy City and how things need to change in the future to avoid burnout.

A little later he ran a poll where he asked people if they want him to finish the game in two updates or if he should keep workings on it and alternate releases with his new project. The results where practically split 50/50, but the option to work on two games simultaniously narrowly won out. So now the next two Milfy City updates won't be the final one, but Icstor will work on a new game afterwards. He also announced he hired Baron Games who will help with renders and is seemingly working on Judy and possibly other content.
The last we heard from Icstor is, he hopes he can give us an update on progress in the middle of this month.
Shame, I liked Milfy Control and his other games. Maybe I'll play this again if it ever gets completed.
