Is it possible to use the incest patch and Lain's Walkthrough mod at the same time? They both contain a file with the same name, though different sizes (Lain's is 2kb, IP is 1kb.)

I wonder how long people would be willing to wait until they start the inevitable Fan Remake (à la Big Brother) which will almost invariably only contain Caroline.
I don't get why it's called Milfy City when the game only has two Milfs.
Maybe in the planning stage he planned for the game to be set in a city populated solely by single, desperate milfs. Who knows.
