Let's look at ICSTOR from the perspective of mental health. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to defend him. In my humble option, I think that morally, he should have stopped charging money from his patreons.
First, he suffers from mental illness. True, however, you are morally obliged to your patreons. So, if you stop creating, don't charge people for money. This is a fair solution. However, everyone already knows that.
The second problem is ICSTOR's social skills, a few months ago, he declared that he hired a person to work on social media and another person for rendering. If that was true, the site would have been updated on regular bases and new renders would have popped up.
This may indicate a severe problem of working in groups or with other people. At certain point, the game had a potential to go head to head with Being a DIK. However, contrary to DPC activity, we know the results.
If people can't work with you even on professional bases, then you are have a deep problem. Either do everything yourself or quit.
Unfortunately, there is no middle ground (stalling for infinite time is not a solution, you only deny the inevitable end and lose any reputation that you have gained thus far).

The story is a quite popular, nerdy guy fucking mom, sisters, teachers, some female domination etc.. Nothing special in this part. Which makes MC popular imo is great renders, natural posings and animations.
At the moment there is a lot games that have better story and also atleast as good renders. I have understood that it’s not allowed to advertise other games in dedicated threads.

Yeah except I think Milfy City stands head and shoulders above anything that else that has come out on this site. I have tried quite a few other games and none of them seem to come close.
The first thing is there is this feel you get from playing the game, the quirky catchy music, the colours and renders seem to really pop, its bright colourful and attractive.
The second is the sex scenes 90% are amazing. Amazing girls, amazing renders, insane animations that no one can seem to match. Its almost as good as real porn.
Yes the story is a bit short and and bland, but at least it just gets to the point.
My experience with dozens of other games goes something like this:
Hot looking women, this looks interesting... read through hours and hours of boring dialogue, get teased over and over until eventually you get to some really unimaginative sex scenes that are pretty unfulfilling. You can't fuck the mom anyway as it's only v0.5, the game gets updated 3 times and year and the best you might get is a handjob after 2 years of waiting. Give up.
Milfy City on the other hand had Linda aggressively seducing the MC from first update, was sucking his dick on the second or third (and holy shit it was hot). Caroline may have taken longer but god damn the photo shoot scenes and all the foreplay that lead up to it in previous updates really made it work. The only problem I had with the actual game is how long it has taken to get any scenes with Judy, despite her consistently ranking high in the polls earlier on, ICSTOR just never got round to featuring her as it was always the 3 main girls.
It's a shame ICSTOR is an amazing developer with a shitty work ethic.

Well I don't know what 0.5 was like, I've only been around since 0.6 since last March or whatever it was. I just know that when I download(ed) a game, I'd always rank it against this one. As it stands, only one route is even close to done, and that's Caroline, just waiting on her post-route pregnancy story.
Linda's scenes are definitely some of the best, especially at the beach villa towards the end, but next to Caroline's, her scenes are amongst the best in the game. Sara is disappointing only because there's too few of them as she's learning more and more from the MC, but we have yet to really see them intimate like we've seen the Linda/MC & Caroline/MC.
Celia is the hate-fuck in this game, but after her electro-shock stuff towards the end of her route and the MC breaking her, she seems to have come around a bit The lesbian aunts, the twins and the neighbors are just eh, and the placeholder girls get one scene, if that.
I'd love to see how Judy's route goes. He also teased a Violet route, which I'll never understand.
It will be a real shame if this game never gets done, but I'll continue to play it for Caroline (as you can tell by my sig & avatar). Maybe when I'm old and gray (not that far away from gray) it'll be released.
Despite it being incomplete, it's still solid top 3 on my list.

I feel bad for Icstor. He gets a ton of shit and I'm guessing he's dealing with some real issues. If he were just a lazy scammer then he wouldn't have made so many other games and gotten so far into dev with this one. That Said! Holy shit man, a year and a half without an update. You're not writing a defining piece of fiction that'll stand the test of time. You're making a game about a guy fucking his sisters and his mom. Just put in the work, man, you're getting paid.

When i was talking about V0.5 i was refering to other games, picking an random arbitrary number, as many of them are still in early development with not much action.
Milfy City on the other hand had plenty of action from day one. It might not have been full on sex but the teasing from V0.1 was top notch, and sucessive updates came soon after (I think it was only a couple of months between each update) and each time the action did not disappoint. He was working like an absolute machine with real passion back then. It's a shame what happened.

I couldn't agree less. There are some amazing games on this site that are equal to, and better than, Milfy City. I honestly don't understand why people think this game is the be all and end all of adult games.
Yes, it's good but no way is it head and shoulders above anything else. You say you've tried a 'few' other games., I don't think a 'few' is enough to make a comparison and laud this as the greatest game.

Or let's put it this way. That statement would have been true in 2018 when the game came out. Now we have 2021 and multiple others are just way better, even if the dev would have continued releasing regularly.
