I've been playing this game for nearly or just over two years now in it's current state. Hasn't stopped me from enjoying Caroline's route at all (especially since that's the only one "done") I just did a run not three days ago in fact. Still enjoy it, despite its incompleteness

I am actually surprised that by now no one made a clone of Milfy city game like there are bunch of BB .
The real difference in Milfy City and any other game is the fact that the Mom is chasing after MC. All (at least that I have played) the Mom character is being chased by the son. The mom has to be seduced, tricked or even blackmailed into being with the son.
