How can you start going to the gym? I was able to go after the first Delilah event, but cannot go there anymore? Is it only possible after you lose to her a second time?

You have to lose to her in order to advance in her story. And after every loss, the gym opens new options.
Thanks I had a doubt it was so, but after losing the first battle and then winning the second after gym, the dialogues did not mention antything about the previous loss and the scene felt like it's the first battle so got confused.

Anyone here able to play the game 1.0d without a single bug? It seems that most thing people encounter are can't spy Sara in bathroom and cannot sleep to advance to next day.
I played through 1.0d without any bugs. Finished nearly all routes including Sara's, just have Caroline's to finish up really. Just a pure 1.0d playthrough from scratch.

I managed to "fix" getting stuck there. After the water park event I ignored everything else and did sara her steps only without timeskips or other routes. So I hope you have a safe file during the water park event or before that.

Not sure, at a rough guess I'm thinking 4 months work per DLC?
My release estimates so far have left a lot to be desired though.
