I can't access the window in MC room. Is it a bug or neighbor's route is short and Isla was not born because of the final update?

Isla content was removed in this release. You need to use that

It depends where you are in the game, but since the window event is available from day one, I'd say yes.

I'm no expert, but I see you seem to be playing on Windows 10 and your log shows a few lines talking about Linux. Are you sure you downloaded the Win version?
