It's an incestuous relationship that she believes has no future, and when she tries to revert things back to normal the MC repeatedly presses the issue, so she thinks the easiest way out is to cut the MC out of her life entirely. The entirety of her arc this update is her struggling with the issue and bringing her guard down; for a weird porn game this isn't over the top, and makes more sense than literally everything else going on.
With Caroline constantly mentioning how she is with her past relationships, you'd think the MC would think less of her but he didn't. I mean she easily gives up her holes to other guys but not the MC... well their relationship is getting there though. Dunno if I should feel sorry for the MC or laugh at him. One of the most precious woman in his life is an easy slut for others. In real life, this would be friggin' depressing. It's a game so its fine.

Caroline could have been written as a natural sexpot (like the MC). Wait...
Mom was written as a very experienced woman (both ways to the level of nympho) and Caroline is characterized as the daughter that takes a lot from mom in every way (looks, sexuality, independence, etc... she's mom's younger version). So I guess that's the reason behind her mentioning her past relationships.
The kinda good part is that she compares her past relationships with the MC and concludes that none of them could hold a candle to him romantically and sexually... making her falling a lot faster on the MC. Now this part I'm anticipating to unfold.
