Just make the folder saves in the game folder and put the save in there.

You need to remove the random numbers in front of the save. Renpy gamesaves need to retain their special formatting.

I also have a Mac and it wasn't working. I downloaded the compressed version by WorkUpload and that one worked just fine. The Mega compressed did not work.

Don't worry. I had the same problem Yesterday. It has to do with the file you download from mega. Try downloading It with the torrent link, than your computer will Be able to unzip it.
