If you're looking for a sort-of-almost-kinda open world experience with lots of characters to screw, I'd recommend Summertime Saga if you haven't played it already. If you're looking for more incest content with similar graphics, I'd try Daughter for Dessert. It's episodic and plays differently, but it's very high quality.

I'm pretty sure all of his previous games are incest related with comparable graphics. Incest Story plays more like a top-down RPG game with turn-based combat, but I haven't played the other ones yet.

bcs, i already complety the game after all unlock scene from gallery, and then were all ppl get christmast update ?

from 0.5b to 0.5c is just a bug fix but yes u should redownload every update
