As part of a dev team with a pirated game on F95 I can speak from experience and say that not only is what you've said true, but if you actually bother to become part of the community, you actually gain very valuable first hand feed back on your product. We've taken a number of ideas and suggestions from the threads and used them to make a better game.

Icstor seems to be a very smart outfit. They didn't create such a great fucking game by accident. They've learned from their previous titles and I have no doubt they review what people are saying in a number of communities including this one. Their game is just too good to be a happy accident.

Yeah. Find the secret room and you will see Pops ain't a saint. And this isn't the 1st round of trouble between good old ma and pa, if you paid attention to what Caroline said. U got ur copy from here? U r on a pc, yes? Might have a slightly corrupt file or possibly unzipped bad? I suggest delete everything, redownload, and reunzip.....actually try deleting game first, unzip again and try. If not, delete everything and redownload.

Get the Mega copy. Its not split. Mega1 and mega2 are same files. Its just an extra link.
