you have to start a new game, I heard on icstor's discord that the game has been modified.
I have Windows 7 Max 64-bit SP1 and it doesn't work the same for me for both existing startup files and Milf City and MilfyCity-32

You see on you img two exe files 1 says milf-city32.exe //32bit version
the orther says only milf-city.exe //64bit version
and your startet milf-city.exe on are 32bit system that is why you get you error
naturally, before asking a question, I tried both options (as well as running as administrator))))

naturally, before asking a question, I tried both options.... with both versions of the launch attempt, such a message pops up and the game does not start!
I downloaded from RPDL, because torrenting is quicker than Mega and other file sharing sites, for the most part. I'm not sure if the other downloads are the same but Windows defender blocked MilfyCity-32.exe for being a trojan.

Only you can answer that buddy. Ask yourself, do you want to play a buggy update or wait for a long time to get the bugfix update and start playing.
Don't hope for a bugfix patch anytime soon. Afterall It's icstr's game we are talking about. It could take years before he released anything after the latest update.

Honestly think we all should expected this type of fuckerey especially with this dev so the dev cut content and now you get cucked by whole other dude who fuck your sister i mean i dont like ntr but this is laziest shit to introduce ntr ever so people plz for love of god when this dev makes another game dont touch it if you know he is full of shit why keep coming back to it like thats worst than sports gamers with sports games you guys get mentally fucked by these devs

quality of the images is nothing like earlier work
large amount of bugs despite bug testing
its the same story as what happened with Caroline her update years ago
rushed the second people were stopping supporting him
his angle this time
i expect that he will release his new game this year and this serves as a warm up for that game
as you can see plenty of new people that forget about his scummy practices or simply people that dont care
and how milfy city has been developed will also be how his new project will be developed
