So far, the special menu only for Caroline. In the next update, Sara should be added to this menu. But keep in mind that no one else will get there until you reach 5/5 relationships or more. (Yes, there will be more points, this is not the end.)

Go to the phone, if you have so Linda - 4/5, Caroline - 5/5, Sara - 3/5, Celia - 3/5, Liza - 2/3
So that's it. You've seen all the scenes. (Not counting the night scenes.)

If so, and you have a 5/5 with her. Means you more nothing to acquire unlock.
