After finishing Celia, I am kind of surprised to find that she reverts to old dialog in the School and there are no slave options there. Same with going to her apartment. I would think at the very least any interaction (except webcam) would say under development. Any info on that?

I am seeing comments about updates and delays. This game rocks, I hope the dev hasn't walked off and abandoned. What is going on with all the update comments? 400+ pages in thread, I don't want to read them all to figure it out... so could someone who has been here a while tell me the status?

I don't know, as far as I remember, if you've all passed. the quest can be repeated.
The updates are so poorly completed that you can even repeat the update with Sarah. But as far as I know with Celia, the update can't be repeated. But if you can repeat the update with it, you are lucky. In fact, you can only play with it on the webcam.
I sent the status not so long ago. Nobody knows anything. Look at the theme pages and you will see which developer is fast.

Another example is you can enter Caroline's room again after going through one of her repeatable night scenes from 0.6 and you will then get her old molestation/wake-up scenes even though they don't make sense anymore.

depends on wether you cheat r not, and wether or not you intend to go after every scene... I normally discourage cheating but in this one you'll want to cheat ($) if you want to buy the BJ from the Harlequin girl

If you skip the grind intensive girl from the last Update I'd say around 20-30 hours maybe (40 at max).
To earn the 1000 $ for the aformentioned girl I'd say double the playtime

You already know the answer...
The Dev hardly communicate and the last time he did he was about to drop the game, same as he did with his previous games.
A few days later he announced to continue while working on another game while employing another contractor to do his work on MC... but this is ICStor... he may go into hiding for another half a year and than drop a halfhearted Update, disapoint the few remaining fans and take a cue of simply bringing it all to an end to call the game "completed".
Or he will only be the Dev of MC in name and make his contractors complete the game (so far he was only "responcible" for the renders anyway), which hopefully allow the quality of the game to reach old heigth again...
But these are all speculations... all we know is that ICStor is irresponcible, a slow worker and whimsly character... none are good traits for a self employed worker.
Duo to the lack of communication by him you'll likely either forget the game eventually or find the game Updated without any previous mentioning... in worst case same as with 0.6, where it took 3 month for the real and "completed" Update to finally be released (from pre release to full release)

If the header doesn't have the Abandoned tag, it means the developer is still moves.
It will be. He said it a long time ago that v07 will come out without animations. So is v06.

I get the quality is super high for this game, but how in the hell does he have 7,000+ patreons with how inconsistant he updates. This game is damn near abandoned status.
