For Caroline, you need to talk with her for the second heart after you made the lats photoshoot with her (the one in the full fishnet when she allows you to hotdog her) then you have to talk with her at home in her room about sales, then go to sleep while using the bed instead of Linda/Mom. (Can select the bed, just find the right spot with mouse).
With Celia, after you give her the orders to please the mc in the school's toilet, and you had both scenes there, you can visit her at school a day after, and find her in the Teacher's Office to get the second heart.
