If he switch to monthly updates sure we will see more,but if he still keep it 3-4 months between updates-yeah we looking for 3-5 more.

Well, this update (v0.2b) was a bit... underwhelming. The erotic parts (the renders) are top notch just like before but everything else felt very "meh" to me.
The random twin sluts were nice for the sexy part but reading at the end that their story continuing at all depends on patreons was disappointing. Especially because their story could have been very nicely expanded into a market-share money making mechanic. And the option to sell out the father or lie to the gold digger bitches could easily have far-reaching consequences. Not to mention we could have finally go into a route where the MC is not just going with the flow and guided by others but has ideas by himself and some ambitions that goes further than "I want to fuck everyone".
By the way underdeveloped content, running into the Work in Progress message most of the time we click on something is frustrating. I don't even know why were Celia's and Judy's scenes added to this update just to immediately end. Celia's even loops as if it is there to taunt the player.
Transition conversations and scenes also felt like a bit of a mess. Caroline is talking like she is in a salon, I'm guessing the scene for that wasn't added in the end but the dialogue was left as is. Most of the transations lack alternatives that reflect the choices, like the one where we can try to "save" Violet in the alley but the conversation goes like we tried helping even if we didn't.
One more problem I have with scenes, sex scenes to be precise. While the renders are fucking awesome and the animations are good, the scenes themselves are so short. I don't like that the animation doesn't loop in the background of the dialogue. Meaning if I advance the conversation the animation stops in favor for a still picture that transations immediately into the next animation once you click again. When I advance the dialogue because I'm done reading I fly through the whole sexy part unless I just sit there watching a 1-2 second long looped animation and doesn't matter how good those are I'm not going to stare at them for long.
I wish we had longer sex scenes (more dialogue and descriptions) while these short loops are constantly playing in the background so we can advance the story without skipping through the animations.
Overral this update was a let down after the fairly long wait. I know this is a porn game and the sexy part is the main point but I can't help but feel like the whole update was just catering to people who wanted to see certain sex scenes and everything else (technical part, story etc) was secondary.

You lucky bastard. We had meltdowns in here and some people lost weight and took up drinking and smoking while waiting for the update. F5 keyboard key sales skyrocketed.

I agree with most of what you said here.
I was surprised at how much annoyed I was at that Salon scene. They should have fixed the dialog or introduced the new location in the upcoming updates. Leaving it like that was surprising given the time they had between the two updates.
As for the "Work in Progress" messages, yeah I thought there will be more than what we had.
I don't mind waiting for those, I'm just afraid the devs will be overwhelmed by the scope of the game and the multiple characters and get burned out.
Then we might end up with so many loose ends, half-done relationships, and half-assed characters.
But hopefully with the buzz this game is generating, ICSTOR will remain focused and give us the ultimate game.

I can honestly say that I reopened the game, loaded a previous save and looked for where the fuck was that mysterious salon when I read that as it couldnt be an oversight and was maybe a question of bugged dialogue.
And it also meant less Caroline renders :FeelsBadMan:

Unity is garbage and Renpy can handle massive worlds without difficulty if they are planned for from the start. It's intentional and not a bug. She disappears after the weekend date, except for the night where she sleeps in her bed.
