While the game is based on one story, it actually takes a little bit from another story of the same author. The scene in the limousine is from another novel, if I'm not mistaken.
At the end of this one though, the lab assistants eventually re-express their devotion and bind themselves to the MC, along with the other women. So it's really more of those two in particular being closer to each other and more bi than the rest. (The other women do get frisky with each other in an all out orgy scenario when they're with the MC, but for the most part they're more focused on him, their young master.)
Not sure how the dev plans to adapt the later scenes from the novel, while giving the player some measure of choice, but this is one of those scenarios that's a harem from the beginning.
I wouldn't call being the third wheel in a lesbian couple a harem scenario, but to each their own. I didn't read the entire novel, but only searched a few key words to find the scenes I wanted to check, to avoid as many spoilers as possible, but if what you wrote is true (that all the girls are bi and not just those two) it's probably time for me to unwatch this thread.

It's obvious this is not for me then and what I am looking for in a harem game, Or my taste when it comes to harem games, and that's fine.
I mean, I don't know what your threshold is, but when they're all doing it together, they're likely to touch each other as well. It's not like they're falling in line waiting for their turn (which would be a silly scene to look at, though not unlikely considering the story), nor having trysts behind the MC's back (except the two lab assistants probably), and so on. Not an expert in gender and all that, but maybe it's not that they're bi per se, but they certainly can fool around given the right heated moment when the MC is around, just like in the original. Extra spoiler: in the original story, Anna is the "main" girl, and in fact he was her first, if you know what I mean. The rest love their master and love him. It's only those two assistants who have a history with each other, if I remember correctly.
Anyway, the dev has enough material to work with, and can make changes if they want, so it might not be a 1 to 1 adaptation. And I would say that it's still a harem story, because even if the two lab assistants didn't exist or aren't involved with the story (they are), the rest of the cast is still there.

And no one realy makes an argument about some touching each other in a threesome. True, that's fair.
But this was my main point, that just because the women get to play with each other in a MFFF scene, doesn't necessarily mean that they're bi or in a relationship with each other that they betray the MC. Or even the concept of this game being a harem game for that matter. Now reaching the introduction of the two lab assistants in-game, and knowing their backstory, it's up to you if you feel that it's such a break from the harem VN genre that you'd have to unfollow it. That's also fair.
HAREM is synonymous with Male-Polygamy which when it comes to polyamory, it is not.
When it comes to harems, girls are only devoted to one man and only have sex with one man
and no one else, male or female.
Girls could have a harem as well, and it is called a reverse harem, also
can be known as polygyny.
For a harem to be a form of male polygamy, don't mean they have to be wives, either.
Back in the day, even servants or concubines were added to a harem to a polygamous man.
When we do today's harems, it's mostly consisting of just lovers who are only in a relationship
with one man.
Polyamory consist of everyone involved, most likely with each other, which is not a harem.
When it comes to the site definition of what a harem is as well, It doesn't really grasp what a harem
really is either. It's more meanings to what a harem is.
But I am not trying to go off-topic, we were discussing the game, not a bunch of meanings because
it's going to be a bunch of no this, and no that, which I don't want to get into today.

The definitions I posted are from Webster's Dictionary. Site definitions of those words are somewhat different but still not the same as what you claim. Bend the definition how you like - it's still incorrect.
I can't speak for everyone, but for me it's not about the meaning of harem, any sort of betrayal or anything like that, but about expectations and outcome. What I mean is, when I read in the overview "...a dozen beautiful older women all dedicated to their new Young Master" I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to see some kind of power fantasy type of game, right? And obviously a big part of it is that all those women are focused on pleasuring the MC, since as we also read in the overview "Each willing to put her body on the line to make sure his every need no matter how wicked, is met by capable hands... mouths... and much, much more." Well, we already have two of them who didn't get that memo...
If it said "some of them are dedicated to their new Young Master" and "some willing to... ...much, much more." I don't think anyone would be surprised when the lesbian couple showed up.
Anyway, I think we've reached the "beating a dead horse" threshold, so I'll stop here.
how its being used matters otherwise you could make the case the gay tag is used wrong as well

I enjoy the game mostly: nice renders, interesting overall premise, varied character personalities and body types. I can't say I'm a fan of the porn girl speech while I'm in the middle of trying to read text. Sound effects aren't easy to use, and stuff like this breaks immersion for me and conflicts with how I imagined the voice already. At least I can turn the volume for these sound bites all the way down, separately from the music volume. It is an issue to have these split between the Sound and the Voice sliders, though. That means I will never hear anything but the music . . . or I "get" to hear the cheesy and unattractive fake-sexy voices. [sigh] It's fortunate that I enjoy the other aspects of the game.
