Patreon might have filed a complaint with the dev... There have been those who troll this sight, among others, and made it their mission in life to identify content they object with (incest being one of them) and bring it to Patreon's attention.
Still sounds like a douche move... People will really complain for anything and everything. Game has plenty of sex scenes already, but add one with the MC's mom and everybody loses their marbles.

The game is made in the Ren'py engine, which does not have very advanced video capabilities. I don't think it can even render an animation, like Unity would do. But in order to show a sex scene, the dev causes a high-speed sequence of images to be shown to "simulate" a video. If you look in the game folders, there are all the frames that make up the sex scene.
The third path is not released so far. For the fourth you still have to play the first and second one till the end.
There's no way to know, because the game relies on still images that come with each patch. Not on mesh that can be datamined.
Please tell me it won't just be breast work for Rachel? Or do you still have to wait for the "main course"?
In the second scene the MC has definitely told Momma Rachel that he's been a very bad boy and needs her punishment.
