Honestly, depends on what you consider "lesbian ntr".
From what I can remember, you can prevent the sister from having sex with the predatory lesbian, for now, but the sister is pretty much in love with her, and they kiss and are all over each other at times.

On my save, I made the ugly lesbian girl watch while MC fucked the sister you can also let the sister have sex with MCs girl as basically a birthday gift with some MC involvement.
