so the MC of this game is an ugly douchebag ?

NTR has nothing to do with ugly. that's a completely different thing.

Netori - main character fucks/rapes someone else's interest.

Does anyone have an info on what changed or what's new at least? The first version was pretty lack luster for me and it would be nice to know if it's worth trying again yet.

These kind of games makes me question my sexuality.
In RL i don't like massive boobs, but when playing VN's i REALLY like em(although there is a difference between massive balloons and massive more natural boobs, not a fan of the balloon type)
I don't like grannies but in VN's it's pretty damn hot(granted they don't look like 70-80 yo grannies)
I wouldn't dream of banging my sis or my mom( maybe they are just not attractive enough) but in VN's im all over that shit.
VN's are messing with me big time and I'm not complaining it is wierding me out a bit.

Nah, don' worry about that. It's just how kinks work.
The human brain can tell the difference between reality and fiction and let's face it fantasy isn't as good as the real thing(Let me finish!) so to keep up the excitement fiction has to dial it up a bit and go places where real life wouldn't just not work, but would outright be bad.
For me this is the case with tentacles, huge boobs(heck anything above natural sizes), stretching(stuff when the receiving party basically becomes a "skin condom" on a monster cock XD) or loli. Try to look or think at any of that in a real setting makes me outright uneasy.
Also let's add the fact that fiction is always prettier cuz it lacks all imperfections either by heavy makeup, post processing fixes(porn or any medium where people need to be pretty) or just not adding them with hand made stuff.

@Wolfso Had the same problem. In the "Game" folder you have Sansation_Regular.ttf (a font file), Right click and Install that and then copy Sansation_Regular.ttf to game/tl/None. It worked for me, if it doesn't for you download the entire Sansation font off of dafont.com (google it), and install all the variants of the font as well as put it in tl/game/None.
