Just to point, but the engine used here is "RPGmaker MV". It has all the common RPGmaker controls such as A(Q)(Enter) confirm, X Cancel/Menu. It's pretty far from being a Renpy as Renpy is more VN focused (like Kirikiri, YU-RIS, Tyrano, Livemaker, etc) while this one is standardized around gameplay.

The end product quality doesn't heavily rely on the engine used, but on the talent and dedication of the creator. Atm, "QuietGirls" has the best graphics out of all rpgmakers I've ever played while "Creature Hunter" has the best gameplay (all on a personal level).

The graphic and pixel sex animation is pretty as you would expect from Dieselmine but I have yet to see a game with great gameplay/story from them. I mean, whenever I see people praise Dieselmine games for being one of the best indie hgames I don't seem to be convinced at all, as most of their games, if we take out all of the pretty graphics, felt not much different from any other normal hrpg that is pumping out everyday, contrary to games like "Succubus Prison", "Black Souls", "Monster Girl Quest Paradox", etc. Well I'm not trying to belittle Dieselmine, I enjoyed most of their games, this one included, all I'm saying is I don't understand the logic behind one of the best indie hgames many people are labelling their games as.

Then I'm quite impressed with what can be accomplished with RPG maker. Maybe they're using some interesting plugins? I always associate it with those mass-produced games spammed on DLsite. Too bad this game seems to be a bit shallow despite the amazing art.

Mira was looking a little hefty so I put her on a small diet. (26 MB)

Changes:

• Compressed images to save 27 MB
• Re-encoded the audio to save 66 MB
• Brought in nwjs v0.45.6 and PixiJS 5.3.3
  • Better performance
  • Adds 67 MB
• Fixed loading of files to handle case sensitive file paths on platforms like Linux
  • Instructions for MacOS/Linux at the bottom
• Changed text handling so it spans the entire box, rather than staying in the left most third of the screen
• Updated the text in some places
  • Changed magick to magic
  • Fixed some grammar
• Added options to skip the splash screen
• Changed the splash screen time (faster)
• Increased save slots to 200

If it the official build, you would need to run it in the debugger to see what's going on. Luckily that's easy, just follow the instructions above for MacOS or Linux, download the SDK build, copy the files. Run, hit f12 and the debugger will show up. Then you can see exactly what is failing.

If it is mine, then I'll test it out.

Yeah, unfortunately that doesn't help much. It tried to load a file and failed, but doesn't tell you what file.

So here's how to get started with the debugger:

You must be registered to see the links

Just hit f12, run till it stops and it should have printed out a line in the console. Hit escape if you don't see it at the bottom (escape toggles it) of the sources tab.
