So, does this mean 0.1.9.7 was released, then it was put ONHOLD, or was it OHOLD before and 0.1.9.7 is being released, which means it is no longer ONHOLD?

I've tried searching this thread, but didn't see any post about this, so forgive me if I missed it.
When I'm in whiterun I can't purchase anything other than with Belethor. It keeps saying I don't have enough money, as if its confusing how much money I have with how much the items cost.
Carlotta and Fralia Grey-Mane are affected.
Also, do we get to kill Nazeem later? I can't do skyrim without killing Nazeem, though Elysium Estates is my favorite player home so I might let this slide.
