Use fetishes that you see fit for your game. Don't let a bunch of fanatics influence your game!
Chill. No need to start insulting people like that just bcz they don't share your opinion on a certain fetish. Dev already said the game is not NTR focussed, players will understand that and the "fanatics" won't start pointless debates.

It's also stated under the description of the game.
Also, these "fanatics" could be potential patrons so it's better if the game caters to a larger audience. I agree with u that the dev should simply tell the story that he want, but it's not always bad if you add a little extra to your story, especially if it brings you paying supporters. Not to kinkshame or any of that but it's a solid fact that non NTR games make bank (check ICSTOR, Lewdlab, Braindrop or DarkCookie's patreon pages pls). Marketing and money should come first if the dev wants to work full-time on the project.
Personally, I'd love to see a game having as many and as depraved sex scenes as possible with lots of hot women in all possible positions known to man and alien alike. It's a porn game ffs, that's what ppl expect to see, but most players want a story and some development attached to that. I guess most ntr haters hate this specific genre cause of the spineless beta bitch MC and the ridiculous reasons women fuck NPCs or they simply don't like it. A matter of taste u know ??
That aside, I really like the game so far, it's promising and the high-quality visuals definitely help. Keep up the good work
Eroseason !!
