It takes a bit of courage to complete an H-game in this patreon climate, where it's far easier and safer to just let a game became your salary income, and release a few scenes every now and then to keep people paying for years and years. There's no guarantee as a developer that your next game will grab people the same way the old game did, so you can easily lose money, and that can affect your life paying bills.
Btw, there's a real problem with places like Steam being far too weird when it comes to the "apparent" age of characters. They get so weird about any girl that doesn't have massive double G breasts, they ban it all for being "childlike". It's ridiculous. It's like developers are forced to not make petite girls, even though, hey Steam, get a clue, petite women exist all over the place. In fact, porn sized breasts are rare, especially perky gravity-defying ones.
