Sounds pretty promising then, especially since even you will admit the animations are pretty good. Then again, maybe it's a bad thing for me if you like it. My only concern is whether there will be too many generic looking males or too many gangbangs. Guess only one way to find out.

Alright, so, I actually tried out this game, and here's the short version about it:
It's. Total. Hot. Garbage.
Seriously. You can probably finish it in 10 minutes. You can avoid most if not all of the combat since there is literally just ONE fight that matters in any way, the one that you can't avoid. I think you can beat it with no grinding whatsoever as long as you explore all the rooms in the village and the 1st town and get everything. It's almost certain if you get the puppet slave thing. Also lol at that merchant being casually ok with necromancy.
The scenes are ALL perfectly linear and unavoidable starting with the gangbang at the start and every single one that follows after. There are exactly 8 scenes in the game, though the last two were split in two in the gallery so it looks like there's 10 scenes.
The animation quality is so-so. Mileage will vary on this one, obviously, but for me, it's not the worst, nor is it the best. It's just sort of eh, with some bits being particularly janky. For example, pay attention to her arms in the 1st scene, the gangbang.
The story is a joke with no context. I've seen better stories from fanfics written by horny 14yr-olds on ff.net than this thing. Of course, this is not helped by the MTL.
Speaking of the MTL, it's actually be at least a little edited. So it's not complete poetry... however, whenever the text is too much to fit in a single box, it immediately skips to the next one without letting you read, and you have no control over the text speed that I can see. Not that it matters since even with that happening, it's laughably easy to understand everything. There's simply not enough in this game for the MTL to fuck up anything.
So yeah... Gallery with extra steps tbh. Doesn't even do a good job of that since I haven't figured out how to remove the text window.... but then again, I couldn't be assed to see if there's anything when right-click didn't work. I wouldn't be surprised if this "game" doesn't have anything for that. Really, the game isn't an RPG at all, beyond the fact that it was made in RPGM...
Lastly, comparing this game with even the worst of the Acerola games, to say nothing of ONEONE1 games and many others... is literally impossible. It's just that bad. Those games, as simple as their story is, DO actually have a story, lore, and a measure of context for their characters and the interactions between said characters. This game has nothing. You know nothing about anything except that Monica's fiance is killed, and at the end you find out who did it and why, but that's it. You don't even know the name of the country or anything. It's complete, total, absolute garbage.

Copy-pasted it to be efficient, this game doesn't deserve more effort than that. Should serve as a warning for people that just look at reviews without paying attention to the thread. Not that I expect the thread for this game to end up particularly long.
On a side-note. I took a look at the developer's page on dl-site. As far as I can tell, all of their games are of dubious quality, but this one is possibly the worst of the lot. I remember playing the game before this one, the Rachel Adventurer game in Japanese and it was better. It was at least more of a game, but still not brilliant. Most of its selling point was the art style, which is very nice, and it had birth scenes in the bad-end(s), which is not that common.
Given the differences in some of the games displayed, I'm thinking that this circle is more of a Publisher than a developer, because it's the only thing that explains such an extreme quality drop in gameplay...

And the MTL pendemic continue to hits the rpgm scene shame too be honest I'm not sure this was even worth making an MTL off

there's tons of stuff that isn't this. Hell, if you really don't like RPGM games, just use the Latest Updates page. Most of what you'll see there are RenPy games. Granted, unfinished ones, but still. Even if you're in the realm of RPGM, there's a good amount of titles that go above and beyond. You'll still probably recognize some of the sprite assets but that shouldn't be that big of a deal imo.

From my point of view what was deleted was not off-topic at all, I didn't complain because I thought it was just a one-time oversight, but seeing this happens again I'm a bit concerned.
I think it's wrong to delete an interesting conversation for being slightly off-topic, it won't hurt the servers to store some more text, and people can just skip the off-topic messages anyway (just like they skip 90% of the posts for talking about something that does not interest them, at least that's what I do). I would understand if you delete posts that are flagged as "off-topic" but I imagine that was not the case here.
Also realistically nobody is going to post in General Discussions after you have nuked the whole conversation...

I feel like I have seen this exact same game on here already, but as people have pointed out, this is a very cookie cutter type story so it really could be a different game with just the exact same premise.
i mean... my post was absolutely off topic. it was a list of recommendations for games specifically not like this one.

One the one hand, anyone with two brain cells should be able to figure out the tone of the review in question when reading it, unless their English comprehension skills are quite poor.
On the other hand, having a 5 star review artificially boosts the game's score by a significant margin. Given that there's a filter that sorts threads by rating, that kinda screws things up for anyone that uses it. Though it's a pretty shitty filter so I'm not sure it matters much, because it's just ordering, rather than say filtering out all games below a certain score or something.
On the first tentacle, it's actually pretty rare for anyone to respect the "Rating and Reviewing Rules", so I'm not sure if the mods care given how many dubious quality reviews are out there on pretty much every thread ever.
I suppose it doesn't matter too much with this game, even if someone gets the wrong impression and picks this up, I doubt anyone can waste more than 45 minutes at most with it, and that's in an extreme case where they don't realize what's going on and actually try to grind level and cash that they'll never use.
Fun Fact: The second town doesn't have any shops at all.
