This game seems promising.
The worldbuilding is similar to other games with that kind of content.
The characters are already plenty but not all described enough.
The story is easy to follow.
The images and videos selection is good.
First, they seem so in love with each other that I had a hard time imagining that pact being made. If there really was a routine happening, they would have realized it themselves, talked about it and maybe decided to spice up their sex life. It's also strange that the MC needed his old friends to talk about his sex life (like he had nobody else to confide since it started?). The discussion between them after you decided to man up and reveal everything was strange for me too (does that mean you want to include some swinging or simple cheating outside NTR?). Plus, I think there should be an option before (something like "Do you want to reveal everything?" or "Keep it for yourself"). The idea of "I want to fuck other girls" shouldn't be that easy to say. Also, the contradiction between his feelings and what he thinks/how he acts made it hard to indentify with him.
The choices really matters here. That's a good point.
I didn't like the scene with the blond girl that broke down her car. You just propose to give her a ride and she immediately starts stripping... And you let it going on without thinking about it that much (plus it's dangerous : it could have been another end game). I would have liked a choice to continue after seing her boobs (or at least going to a parking lots to avoid any accident).
The gay content consist only of a blowjob. I hope it won't be only a submissive path. I like when the characters are versatile in a gay relationship. His reaction after he did it is done the right way. I also hope this path won't be exclusive either since I would like a possible bi path.
These are just my thoughts and what I felt, so don't bother too much with them. I just hope to help even a little.

If you do a sissification path, I would prefer if it's his choice and not something imposed or forced on him.
I found a $ before Frank once at the party and one during the sex scene between John and the wife (cf files).
