Not being, rude, that's why I upload the game, any feedback is good! After this update, I'll do the weekend closing out chapter 1 then start working on chapter 2 which will involve the side char much more but, I'll also be working on re-writing chapter 1 so that it is still the same story but just better, especially when it comes to the NTR (been told I suck at it

Work in progress, I had a quick play through. So the relationships not great, boys nights roll around, the ntr consequence comes from you neglecting the missus and piling evidence of cheating against yourself with a phone number, your dumb friend (We all have one) that has to post online that your in a strip club etc. whilst basically choosing to party with them rather than going home. Could introduce john a little in the story even if it's just the missus dropping his name in conversation. i'll be keeping an eye on it.

Just a little suggestion for something different, since you went and added a ntr option to make the player a cuck, why not add one to make the wife a cuckqueen? Could be a fun little turn and also add some plot, but dunno just a suggestion keep up the good work author
I'm not knocking this creator, making a game is indeed tough, but I've never understood making a game using real porn AND getting paid for it. I'm taking a shot in the dark here in saying that these pornstars and their portrayed companies used in this (and all the other) game(s) aren't getting a cut of the profit. I'm no narc, karen, or any of the like, but shouldn't everyone contributed in the project get paid for it and not just a "Here's a link to the PH vid." Like if they made a 2D/3D rendering of Mia Khalifa, they could just put up a disclaimer saying that's not really her just a "coincidental likeness."
Many porn videos are relatively open and free access on many sites like Youporn, Redtube, etc... If they are made free, it is either because they are old videos replaced by new paid videos on pay sites, or because from the start the authors did not want to make them pay, and they are therefore free. From the moment a video is made free, I don't see how the authors would benefit from an income on a game that uses an extract from free videos.
If the clips are from paid videos on pay sites, that's another story.
As for the paid part of the game, nothing prevents its author from getting paid for the story part he created.

... Many porn videos are free on those sites because they're pirated copies uploaded by users. It's like saying the games on F95 are all free because we can download it here freely so the devs clearly don't intend on making money from them. It's not true in the slightest.
Further more, even if a company releases a porn video for free as a promotion for their site, it does NOT give anyone else rights to creative derivative works. That's not how IP and copyright works, they still own all of the rights to the video. The only reason game devs who use real porn can get away with it is simple, they're too small for porn companies to bother going after.

That's simple:
1. These indie developers are too small and plenty for those companies to even bother - even if they do, they almost won't get anything out of it, not like those greedy DMCA claim companies on youtube.
2. Why so many porn game using real porn, is cause they don't cost a penny, meanwhile quite effective - it's almost like the free assets in the game developer kits - this is especially good for small / new devs, as they could have enough tools at their disposal, and even if the project failed, they won't lose much.
3. For the same reason, If it's a well established dev, they won't use real porn for their games.
4. These indie developers are not "getting paid for it" for "using real porn". If you are talking about Patroen, it's a method "to gather funds to help them develop their games", These games are not even released for sale as retail products.
Ofc there's tons of devs are abusing this to milk their cash cows, but that's another story.
5. Why do you even care who "get paid" or not, when you are just pirating all over the place? Just enjoy them for what they are.

Can you quantify "many"?
Because for example when I see a completely free video of Blacked Raw posted by Blacked Raw and with a link below to the Blacked Raw site, I don't have the impression that it has been pirated at all. And I can give thousands if not millions of identical examples.
I think these free videos mostly serve as advertisements for these sites. And the fact that pieces of these videos in games also serve as advertisements for them, and that's why it's tolerated.
