is there any mod for salamander normal breading like another monster not 3 time breading per slave
I don't know if there is a mod for it, but you can modify your saves on a site like saveeditonline and write new things in the spots that the game calls race trait list. You just have to find the slave or monster with the right identification number. I tried to look for any of the sex counters after letting them go up a little and then see what number of monster or slave shows up when I search for that unique number. It's not amazing, really sorryyyy. But it's the best I can do. My badsies if you don't like this way of doing it. I will quote you the post with all the values that you should be aware of if you try to do this too. Good luck :3
I got all the trait id's from the savefile, thought i'd share
you can edit slaves and give them monster traits and vice versa without crashing the game, idk if they work tho
especially usefull for salamanders, removing pride (102) removes the need to constantly switch out the slaves

has anyone managed to get rid of the end of day report? that way we could idle the game

PS: do we have a date for the DLC yet? as a completionist the missing traits for the special neko and hitsuji slaves annoy me :D
Edit: I realized I made I sound even worse than it is. It's not a pretty way, but you only have to do it once on a new game because the offspring of your slaves and the new super duper mega salamander will have the traits you made him have, not the default ones :) Thought I should add this too

Hiii Krongorka, sorry for the ping. Could you please help me out? Do you maybe know a better way to do what roka.s4 wished for? I already gave it my best idea above, but I don't know if I'm giving the best advice :eek: It works, but it's really ugly. Maybe you know a much prettier and easier way to make this work :)

I guess there's some code in Assembly-Csharp.dll file (in "Managed" folder) which dictates game rules like this, but I can't tell which part of the code handles it.

Alrighty, thank you for looking into this so quickly :3 Then roka.s4, you'll have to do it the save editor way if you'd like special salamanders like this. It works, tested it with my game, it's just a little bit of a chore, but I'm sure you'll figure it out. Just ping me if it feels too tricky or if I didn't find the best words to explain it all.
Aaaand thank you again Krongorka :) How do you look at the code, if you're oki with me asking? ^.^

Of course :3 Did you try the save editing? It's alrighty even without coding skills, I'm proof that you don't need them :) If you tried, no pressure tho, did it work for you too? ^.^

I know nothing about coding and creating mods for existing games but would it be impossible to add new monsters and features into the game? I really enjoy this game and feel like if it had a little more to it, it could be very special.

Hiii, sooo about coding I don't know a lot either. But what you're asking about sounds like you would really enjoy the 'Complex Breeding' mod, which is in the modpack by default. The modpack post is linked towards the bottom of the very first page. flannan has written a really amazing lovely document telling all of us how you can install the modpack into your game if you're maybe a bit overwhelmed doing it by yourself without advice like I was. It's below any of his messages or in his About section of his profile. If you knew about it already, then I'm really sorry for wasting your time, I just thought you might like this one maybe if you didn't. About anything modding in general I feel like Krongorka is the person around here to best ask directly about anything. He's great and I'm sure he'll help with anything as best as he can :3

Thanks but ive used the mod before I'm more asking about adding new male creatures and stuff in the brothel for pure enjoyment purposes lol, just a messed up part of me that wants more than just the horse part in the brothel if you catch my drift.

Basically, this game uses an obscure animation program, Spine 2D, and an obscure file format. The program is priced as a professional tool (which means damn expensive), and the only pirated version is too old ( v3.8.75 , and if I remember right, this game uses v.4.something ).
Anybody who wants to make changes to the game that aren't just re-arranging the existing animation, will need that program.
Also, the developers' next game, Project R, seems to be a lot more mod-friendly. If you have grandiose plans for expanding this game, check out if they can't work better on Project R.

Esoteric's Spine isn't obscure, I'd say if you heard about Live2D animation you also know about Spine by now.

As for ProjectR, they have an open file structure and scripting base but animation system is almost the same as MBM (Binary .skel output of Spine 4.1-4.2+).

O, I'm sorry that my message before wasn't good enough to guide you through the process :c Do you want me to be more specific in describing it? I might be able to do a better job and write a longer message for you :3 If it seems too overwhelming I could put some work into preparing a save file for you :)
