Hiiii, from a quick search this is closest to what I feel you're asking for and what flannan mentioned already. It's not perfect from what the post says and I'd love to see some more work put into this too. Having at least one copy of the room in private and public estates would be lovely and being able to at least move them between those two copies, not even other rooms. That would be amazing too, but would require new animations, so I feel what I outlined would be a compromise between the idea and effort skyrocketing. But you can always dream ofc :3 Anyway soooo, here's the post

Hey all, I'm starting production on a new Fantasy Overhaul mod for this game. I know projectR is underway, and this game is a tiny bit dated (only 2 years), but I personally quite like the more complex breeding in this game and want to expand on its content. The project is currently in the conceptual and early development stage, though some assets have already been created (using photobashing, AI, and photoshop sketching/adjustments).
  • More overall Content - I plan to extend everything to add unlocking new monsters and girl races for endgame or similar to CB (might make the prices really steep to make them hard to get early, or add more origin dna to unlock big monsters).
  • New Monster Types - Initially introduce approximately 6 additional monster varieties, beginning with a single implementation to assess development timeframes. Current concepts include futa succubi (will be marked as male), hobgoblins, ogres, ghouls, and mind flayers.
  • Additional Female Races - Incorporate approximately 8 new female races. Compatibility with the original Complex Breeding system is uncertain due to the absence of the OG creator. Conceptualized races include dryads, goblin girls, onis, slime girls, vampires/damphyrs, arachne, harpies, lamias, aliens, cyborgs, cyclopes, kitsune, ghost girls, cat girls, and mermaids (some may not make the cut).
  • Enhanced Breeding Mechanics - Depending on complexity, I'd like to implement new monster and female race breeding combinations. Some variants may be exclusively obtainable through specific breeding combinations, while others might be unlocked via late-game Amilia upgrades or hybrid combinations. While not as extensive as the original Complex Breeding system, this will introduce some new combination possibilities between monster and female types, potentially including race-exclusive features.
  • Expanded Customization Options - Introduce new head and leg variations (such as serpent tails and race-specific head shapes). If complications with texture atlas limitations arise, complete asset redesigns may be necessary for certain races, similar to the approach taken with Claire, Bella, and Nero (essentially creating whole new scenes for each room just for them). That might however take a toll on low-end machines.
  • New Rooms - Perhaps adding 1 or 2 new rooms to the underground or ground floors. That's a big maybe though.
  • As a bonus, I might try adding new hairstyles and bonus accessories, similar to Krongorka's tits mod. Hopefully compatibility doesn't become a concern. But it will largely depend on bugs arising between the modpack and new female races, especially if new scenes/animations need to be made for them.
I have a bit of experience in using live2d/spine2d rigging (luckily I already own spine2d pro which this game uses). Furthermore, I need to still rip apart the assets here and create animations/rigs to implement into the game's asset bundles. I also have a rudimentary understanding of the game's code, unity, and bepinex/harmony patching, but will need to spend more time experimenting to really know how much I can accomplish within a reasonable timeframe. If all goes well, it'll likely start small, with 1 new monster and 1 new female race at first.

I realize this is a massive undertaking, so any advice or help will be appreciated so that there isn't any burnout. If anyone is willing to assist with coding/rigging/playtesting/suggestions, please reach out via replies here, posting on my profile, or PMs! :)

Now that I think of it, I don't think I ever saw a game that worked in this way, even though it's rather obvious. Is it because of censorship, or because there is almost no overlap between monstergirl fandom and bestiality fandom?

I can't find the complex breeding mod download anywhere. I think it might have been taken down? Every time I click on a link to the download post I get "Oops! We ran into some problems". The only place I could find to download it was pornova with a slow download option which i do not trust that shit is gonna give me mad malware. Please can someone give a link or reupload of the mod? Thanks :)

You need some special DNA from the disassembler and use it to create a Salamander monster at the monster breeding vat.
You should get a tutorial for that by the time you need them for the quest, unless you're playing Complex Breeding, which disables all tutorials and dialogue.
i did get a tutorial for the minator but i didn't get one for salamanders when the quest to sell one appeared as for the special dna is there a spesific trait i should look for on which creature do i grind or do i just grind and hope rng gives me the special dna?

You get salamanders exactly the same way as minotaurs.
Yes, you just dismantle a lot of creatures and hope to get "Origin DNA". It's not that rare, actually.
I heard that dismantling goblins and humans has higher chances of giving that DNA.

i didn't get a tutorial telling me to dismantle a special creature to get origin dna my game broke maybe :/ but now i know how to get one thank you

does it work with latest update and DLC?? I think when I downloaded it it disabled DLC. Maybe I downloaded wrong
Yes, modpack does work with the current version on this site.
If you have trouble installing the modpack, refer to "modding" guide in my signature.

I have spent a long time experimenting with rebalances of MBM trying to give its somewhat compelling management side that special sauce I feel it's missing beyond just the sex. One of the things I think is heavily underutilized is the market, both buying and selling. I think it'd be good to make high stat slaves feel more valuable, so that you can:
a. Sell rarer and higher statted slaves you breed for more money, making quality matter to your income more than pure quantity
b. Watch the market for exciting opportunities to buy desirably rare slaves each day - CB kind of does this with the backgrounds system for the girls but I think this could be done much better

Beyond that, focusing on some great balancing that makes the management/breeding more interesting could be really good as I think MBM already has the mechanics necessary to be quite an addictive game but just needs better balancing to make interacting with those mechanics more compelling.
Particularly, having it feel like there's strategy to what kind of slaves you buy and breed to what kind of monsters, rather than feeling purelly cosmetic where nothing really matters and it's a very simple sandbox, balance wise.

Personally, I'd also really prefer if the "small" races weren't such a forced part of the experience. My main complaint about CB is the dev's "pokemon evolution" vision made them heavily emphasize starting with the tiny flat girl types to get to the more normally adult sized ones, and I hate "loli" style content and don't want to touch it with a ten foot pole. Short women who are still clearly adults is fine but being stuck purely to short+flat chest for "that" appearance on purpose for large parts of the game is not what I want to be forced into.

MBM is great and has a lot of potential but its "mid to late game" falls flat IMO once you start to snowball and get things rolling. If you do want some help with design/balancing/testing on any of the above, please let me know, I do that stuff all the time and am already interested in making a better MBM experience, so we could work together if you'd like some help on those aspects.
