In all fairness, a mod messing with saves is fairly common. Not unique to this VN at all.ee
Jeez this is my first impression of the game... How amaaazing

I had read the message but had not opened the link. You are missing READING this thread!! The answer is literally 2 posts above yours!
This indicates that you did not fully purge the mod from the game. The developer adjusted the names of several script files, chiefly the ones of chapter one.<snip />
While running game code:
File "game/tl/ENG/script/cap_01/sc_01.rpy", line 586, in script
<snap />
sc_01.rpy is a remnant of the former code solely provided by the mod.Mayhaps you just unpacked again without deleting the game's files beforehand? Black Swamp Ent. suspected to have done this when they tried to remove the mod…Ok then lemme delete this one and re-unzip it, but it still didnt work for some reason![]()
It is. Amazing, that is. Hope this helps!Jeez this is my first impression of the game... How amaaazing
This is highly unlikely. The game's written in Italian with the mod tinkering with the English translation. As the original script is left untouched, all saves should work interchangeably.[…] The saves made while using the mod may not work without it.
Now this is an interesting point. See, people mostly are unaware of when and why using a mod may lead to broken saves. This generally happens when a mod provides altered versions of files residing in an rpa. The actual problem stems from modders often not providing the compiled (original) files as well. The altered scipts will hence be compiled on the player's end, resulting in 'line markers' differing from the original script – completely breaking dialogue history and in extension most saves upon trying to play the game unmodded; sometimes even when trying to play the next update modded. For more details, see the Ren'Py doc entry for theIn all fairness, a mod messing with saves is fairly common. Not unique to this VN at all.
If you want the Harem it's a big help though.Honestly, the game doesn't need a mod so much...
No idea yet, so far it seems she wont join the Harem but Hope springs eternal!!!!!I did the harem part the one I couldn't get was the ghost is she able to be pulled or is that later down the road

[…] as said from the beginning the game has harem endings this does not mean that all the main Li will have chances to end up in the harem […]
I repeat : not all the main girls can end up in a harem. some will only accept a monogamous relationship. […]
It's time to reinstall the game and restart the computerok, there are video (webm) files, there are dedicated script files (video.rpy), there are all coded scenes in main game scripts....yet there is no video/animations in my game (no errors, no black, grey or any other screens, it is like those dont even exist at the first place).
it is vp9 video format, it is renpy 8.3.0...but still.
this is the only game with such issue for me.
(other vp9 and renpy 8+games works perfectly fine regarding its animated content).
i have tried launching it from older renpy versions, even renpy 7+, still the same.
tried converting/reverting vp9 to vp8, still the same.
checked codecs, sound devices enabled etc....everything is fine there as well.
also animations have worked peachy till the last great rework, some versions back (april/may, i think)...even thought that animations were disabled intentionaly by the dev (for the time being), yet doesnt seem so either...wtf am i missing here?![]()
i know you are joking (at least i hope so, otherwise it would be a bit concerning), but i did try compressed and uncompressed versions firstly...and went further from there. It's time to reinstall the game and restart the computer
welp, i forgot to search some older posts for this issue - a nice dude has solved this weird problem with animations, and i can confirm the fix still works:ok, there are video (webm) files, there are dedicated script files (video.rpy), there are all coded scenes in main game scripts....yet there is no video/animations in my game (no errors, no black, grey or any other screens, it is like those dont even exist at the first place).
