Working on it, was hoping to have most of it by the time this update came out, but TS beat me to it... I forgot about some of this games mechanics... and I also remembered there's missable items and stuff, is there a completionist guide/walkthrough somewhere?
try and find the items in the room that are identically repeated as many as 5 timesHow do I open the Silver Chest in the Basement? I'm assuming it's related to the bookshelf hint of 0451, but that's as far as I've gotten if it is.

I filter it out in my searches and was disappointed to see ai art crop up as soon as I started playing.
The backgrounds in this game were always generated by AI. They just looked so bad back in 2023, that people couldn't really tell?what the hell is with the AI backgrounds?

I don't believe that your game should be removed or anything close to that, it's just become more and more annoying to try to avoid AI content as its use has become more and more normalized. It's mainly a loud minority. Most people don't really mind even "true AI CG" games, I think mainly people just see the difference in style between the backgrounds and the characters, and since the backgrounds are AI, they kind of overblow their complaints by treating the game like "This game is full of nothing but AI Slop". When in reality, it's a fairly decent balance between doing what you can as a solo dev, and cutting the corners that would otherwise be a barrier to entry that would either cost a lot of time or money to get past.The game actually has less AI content now. Half the entire point of the 2.0 update was to remove every single AI-generated character from the game. I spent two full weeks hand-drawing new art for Tamamo, Ulti, Erika, Mammon’s scene, Blackjack’s scene, Rosaria’s scene, and every remaining AI-generated NPC portrait was replaced with a silhouette.
I thought it'd be cool to fix the mistakes i made back in 2023 when AI just seemed cool new thing back then. So it’s fucking frustrating to see people acting like the game has suddenly “turned into” AI content when I'm literally fixing it.

Personally I'm not here to debate the ethics of AI generation and such, since it is a very loaded topic, but I would much prefer it be used in moderation and as responsibly as possible by solo devs who are already stretched thin enough like TS, than massive billion dollar corporations that outright use AI in the worst ways possible, just to fire and replace people. As for people suddenly crying out about the game being AI generated, I believe I've played sections of this game on previous releases (likely 6-12 months ago at the most recent) and I don't remember having any problems with it. I'm not sure if it's that AI outputs have settled into a more consistent 'feel' that's easier to detect, or if my personal tolerance for AI content has decreased, a combination of the two, or other factors entirely. I do appreciate you taking the time to actually talk about my concerns, and wish you the best in this and future projects.

Returning to Monster Girl 1,000 for a surprise update! 2.0 aims to make improvements across the game, particularly towards the end. Featuring new character models for key characters, like Ulti, Erika and Tamamo.
There's a new room in Mistral Village, in the same area with the Contracts Board, you can now go into the basement, and see all the pictures of Bessie, Ray and others (tot. 15) that have been drawn since the release of the game.
My next game will be set in the same universe!

- The party perform better against Juggernaut. (The main party in-general are written to be more impressive)
- Swiftstroke no longer fights Deathclaw or L'ightning (Upon revisiting, I realized it made more sense for Swiftstroke and Deathclaw to talk things out, and these fights weren't great. Swiftstroke and L now have a conversation, before choosing to team up against Slime God)
- Beatrice, Tysus, Climatica and Cleo have been removed (having even more characters in the finale just dragged out the pacing)- Nerfed some endgame fights: Swiftstroke, Sun God Yamato, The Grand Magus, Life Titan, Juggernaut Illusion, Francesca (Grand Magus and Life Titan were bugged, causing them to scale with your level by near-exponential amounts. This has been fixed.)
- Fixed Historia incorrectly appearing pregnant in the Training Arena
- When advancing the story after Little Shroom City, it now correctly advances whether you select "Home" or "World Map"
- Character Viewer: Fixed Cheeki and Breeki Pregnant
- Dobbi's pregnancy lines now correctly disappear when not pregnant
- Updated some Post-Story dialogue to keep up with the times
- Fixed to Elysian Colosseum events for players that used episode select

Don't listen to loud minority. I, for example, have nothing against AI in the game, especially the way you are using it. As long as it does not clash with your own vision of the game - everything is fine. And even if it clashes - this update is a prime example that you are the kind of person who only waits for an opportunity to fix it. AI is a great tool to hasten the development, too bad loud minority screams so much that it actually scares people out of using it.The game actually has less AI content now.
